Although slated to be a series built, production boat this Tartan 4600 was transformed into the dream of her first and only owner through customization and his and Tim Jacketts very intense attention to her final details. Through creative engineering many auxiliary riches where added to provide extra comfort and to accommodate the desires of her experienced owners.

An alternate one piece offshore tabletop with fiddles is provided. The starboard table slides out to provide cocktail table versatility and stows to make a single berth. A switch at the companionway illuminates the courtesy lights. There are multiple seatback and below-cushion storage spaces for extended cruising. The chart table has all the room you need to utilize the sophisticated electronics systems and still has space for paper charts and navigation tools. The galley is open and spacious. Refrigerator space is accessible through a top lid and a front door. The separate freezer compartment is deep and features a top lid. The microwave is powered by the 3000 watt inverter, generator, or shore power. Dry storage volumes are spacious. This galley is designed to be equally functional for underway and in port. HULL & DECK:
The use of innovative materials and methods for construction fabricate strong, light and well-insulated hull and deck structures. Laminated from the highest grade NPG/Isothalic gel coat, vinylester and polyester resins and uni-directional E-glass; and locally reinforced with Kevlar on a balsa core, she yields a high strength to weight ratio. Extensive framing, structural floor timbers and full structurally bonded bulkheads further maintain her hull rigidity, while allowing for greater load carrying ability.
